There will be three things you have to check while solving this problem. 1) Go to boot menu set the, first boot able device to hard disk. 2) Check on bios camos there will be written nos. Like 0,0,1,2. 3)Then open your cpu and check DVD writer wire should be connected properly, check the sata wires reconnected the wire, then restart your computer.
